Privacy Policy – Board Structure Sync

This Privacy Policy explains how Board Structure Sync (the "App"), a monday.com marketplace app published by TODO: DEVELOPER_FULL_NAME, an individual developer ("I", "me"), handles information. Contact: support@osekalabs.com.

1. Summary

The App runs entirely in your browser inside monday.com. It has no backend server. I do not collect, store, sell or share your data, and the App does not send your data to any third-party server.

2. What the App accesses

To work, the App uses monday.com's built-in authentication (monday SDK seamless authentication). With your monday.com permissions, it calls the monday.com API to: - Read board structure for the source board and the current board: column names, column types and settings, status labels, groups and views. - Write structure to the current board: it creates missing columns, status labels, groups and supported views.

The App does not read item content (item names, column values, updates or files) for its features. Requests go directly from your browser to monday.com.

3. What is stored

I do not store any data on my own servers. Board structure is held in your browser's memory only while the App is open, so that it can show the preview. [If the App uses monday storage or browser local storage for preferences, describe that here. Otherwise delete this sentence.]

4. Sharing

I do not share, sell or transfer any data to third parties. The App does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set tracking cookies. [Confirm this matches the final build.]

5. Data held by monday.com

monday.com processes your account and board data under its own privacy policy: https://monday.com/l/privacy/privacy-policy/ . Billing for the App is handled by monday.com. I receive only the aggregated subscription and billing information that monday.com provides to app developers, such as account ID, account name and plan.

6. Retention and deletion

Because I store no end-user data, there is nothing to delete when you uninstall the App. Any subscription records that monday.com provides to me are kept only as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

7. Security

All communication with monday.com uses HTTPS. The App asks only for the permission scopes it needs to read board structure and create columns, groups and views.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because I do not hold App data about you, most requests will relate to monday.com. You can contact me at support@osekalabs.com about anything in this policy.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 16.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the "Last updated" date. I will not contact users about marketing. I may contact account administrators by email only about important service, security or policy changes.
