Terms of Service – Board Structure Sync

These Terms apply to your use of Board Structure Sync (the "App"), provided by TODO: DEVELOPER_FULL_NAME, an individual developer ("I", "me"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the App for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. The service

The App is a monday.com board view. It copies missing columns, status labels, groups and supported views (Table, Form, Dashboard and App) from a source board to the current board. It shows a preview before applying any change, and it only adds structure; it does not delete or rename anything. The App cannot copy automations or create other view types.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right permissions on the boards you use, for reviewing the preview before applying changes, and for complying with monday.com's terms. Do not use the App to break any law, or to interfere with monday.com or other users.

3. Fees and billing

Paid plans, if any, are sold and billed through monday.com's marketplace billing, under monday.com's terms. Pricing: TODO: PRICING_TBD. monday.com handles refunds and cancellations under its policies.

4. Privacy

The Privacy Policy at https://osekalabs.com/privacy.html explains how data is handled. In short, the App runs in your browser and does not store or send your data to the developer or to third parties.

5. Communication

I will not send you marketing messages. I may contact account administrators by email only about important service, security or policy matters, or in reply to support requests.

6. Intellectual property

I keep all rights in the App. You keep all rights in your data and boards. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while it is installed in your account.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Changes to the monday.com API may affect how the App works.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. I may suspend or discontinue the App with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes

I may update these Terms. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: JURISDICTION. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TODO: JURISDICTION.
